Order Processing

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are only processed once payment is received. Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. During busier periods (e.g. Christmas and new print releases), I can experience a higher volume of orders. This may mean your order can take a slightly longer to be dispatched. I will always inform you if this is the case. 

If you need a order to arrive by a certain date, please let me know when you order and I will do my best, but I cannot guarantee these dates.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All orders are shipped in study envelopes. All packaging is plastic free. For some art prints, clear sleeves are used which are made of cornstarch and are compostable. For other orders, in order to minimise waste, clean cardboard is repurposed and reused to reinforce your parcel.

Please reuse or recycle the packaging where possible. 

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship to Europe?

Orders to Europe can currently be purchased through my Etsy store.

This is due to changes in VAT rules from non-EU countries that are applicable from 1st July 2021. Prices shown in my Etsy store will have VAT for your country automatically applied. 

How much is shipping?

Accurate shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout.

For Greeting cards, postcards and mini prints:

UK: 90p First Class with Royal Mail

International: from £3 untracked standard airmail

Tracked upgrades available at checkout

For all other prints:

UK: £4 Royal Mail Tracked

International: £12 Tracked

Please note that international orders may be subject to custom fees and are the responsibility of the buyer

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

UK: 1-3 working days

Europe: 2-5 working days

Rest of the world: 7 working days

Please note that I cannot guarantee any delivery date

Other

I've entered in the wrong address

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. Please contact me as soon as possible if you realise this is the case. If your order has been returned to me due to incorrect or insufficient address, your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost. It can also be reshipped if new postage costs have been paid for.

I've changed my mind

That's absolutely fine. Please let me know as soon as possible, preferably before your order is shipped.

Can you ship directly to the recipient?

Yes. Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct when ordering. If you would like a message, please add this as a 'note' at checkout, or email me with your order number and message. 

Return and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

If you have changed your mind, then I am happy to accept returns provided they are in it's original packaging and in a resellable condition

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order so I can start the process of returns and refunding. Please dispatch returned items within 30 days of delivery.

All return postage are at the cost to the buyer. If you returning from outside the UK, please mark 'Returns' on the custom label.

Once I have received your return, I will inspect it and refund you the total item cost minus delivery cost to the same payment method that was used at checkout. Your return will be processed within 3 working days. If the return item has been damaged, this will be reflected in the refunded price.

My order is damaged

Although I do my best to ensure your order is well packaged, sometimes they can still be damaged during transit. In the rare occasion that this occurs, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement. 

If a replacement is not possible, then a full refund, including postage costs will be given.

I'm still waiting for my order

If you are still waiting for your order to arrive, please get in touch with me and I will investigate it's whereabouts.
