It is printed onto equally beautiful and delicate Awagami Kozo washi paper. This artwork is perfect for adding a traditional, but modern and colourful touch of artwork to your walls.

Tiffin carriers are a type of lunch box that are widely used in parts of Asia. They usually have several tiers, and in each tier you can put a different type of food - whether is is rice, soup or curry! It is not uncommon for you to take your empty tiffin carrier to a local eatery to 'tapau' or takeway some food. They vary a lot in design, ranging from the basic stainless steel ones to intricately decorated Peranakan ones.

This print is made with the colour reduction method. This means that the whole design is carved from the same block. Each colour layer is printed and then more of the block is carved away and then a new colour is printed from that same block on top of the previous colour. This results in a truly limited edition piece of artwork.
